Joint First Responder Memorial Service, West Texas Disaster
The families of the First Responders who lost their lives while responding to the disaster in West, TX have requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Joint Memorial Service for their Loved Ones.
Waco Staging Time: 0915 - For security reasons you MUST attend THIS staging or you will not be allowed into the PGR staging area near the Ferrell Center!

Waco Briefing: 0930
Waco KSU: 1000 +/- At the direction of our Fire or Law Enforcement Escort.
Flagline Establishment: TBA +/- Once the Memorial Service begins at 1400, we will strike the flagline and quietly depart the area.
Waco WX: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 62. North northeast wind around 10 mph.

1. Be at stagings ON TIME & TOPPED OFF.
2. Our final destination is the Ferrell Center in Waco. For security reasons you MUST ride in with the PGR from the PGR staging at the Waco Flying J or you will not be allowed into the PGR staging area at the Ferrell Center!
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather
conditions. Consider bringing snacks as once we are in place we will probably not be able to leave until the mission is over.
4. Please be prepared for a long day with MANY CHANGES and a lot of Hurry up and wait.
