Fred Sutherby 71, US Army Korean War Veteran
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the procession to the cemetery and inurnment of Fred Sutherby 71, SFC (Ret) U.S. Army Korean War veteran. Obit reads: SUTHERBY, FRED ANDREW Fred Andrew Sutherby, 70, of Austin, TX formally of Fenton, MI went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2014. Leaving wife, Lorraine Sutherby and their "little guy", Rubin of Austin, TX; brother, William Sutherby and wife Sherry of Bancroft MI; children; grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends. Cremation had taken place and burial in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX. He was proceeded in death by parents, Carl and Cecilia Sutherby; and brother Bob Babcock.

Notes: Start hydrating the day before and bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Dress for the weather. Recommend sunblock and a hat be worn.
This is an LEO escorted procession (no service here prior to leaving) with family members/friends. We will accompany them to the Ft Sam Houston Cemetery for graveside services. If you can only make part of the ride, you may depart the procession as needed. We will come under the direction of the San Antonio Ride Captain upon arrival. Riders must wear DOT helmets into the cemetery. Please check on the website and emails for possible changes before you leave home!
