Alvis Ferrell Bailey, 90, US Naval Air Force, WWII Veteran, Temple, TX
The family of Alvis Ferrell Bailey has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One.
Alvis served in the US Navy Air Force (1942-1945) during World War II in the Pacific. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion and the VFW, serving as Commander of American Legion Post 183 in Bartlett and was a current member of American Legion Post 133 in Temple. Alvis belonged to the SPJST Lodge 80 in Holland, Texas. He was president of the Bartlett ISD School Board in the 70’s.
