Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: Sunny, with a high near 86. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Notes:

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.

Directions: We will stage at the funeral home. It is located on the southbound frontage road of IH-35. If traveling north on IH-35, take exit 264, cross over to southbound side. Funeral home is located immediately north of the La Quinta hotel. From southbound IH-35, take exit 262.

Notes: Start hydrating the day before and bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Dress for the weather. Recommend sunblock and a hat be worn. Arrived with a full tank of gas. Once the service has begun, we will strike the flag line and stand by to join the LEO escorted procession to Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery at approx. 9:45am. We will join up with CenTex Region PGR for interment services at graveside.
