SSG William T Abbott, 75, US Army, Vietnam Veteran, OF Georgetown
The family of William Abbott has requested the participation and presence of the Patriot Guard Riders during the procession and at the Interment of their Loved One.
Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession from Harper-Talasek.
WX: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 8am. Cloudy, with a high near 81. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Note: Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
