Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession (see Note 2).
WX: Mostly clear, with a low around 42. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME. We need as many members present as possible so we can deploy the flags quickly (see Note 2).
2. This Interment Service IS booked for the same 1300 gate time as our other Interment Service. Whichever procession arrives at the cemetery first will be accommodated immediately (early), followed by the second service as soon as the shelter is vacated by the first family.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
