SFC John Moreno, 67, US Army, Retired, Vietnam and Persian Gulf Veteran, Patriot Guard Rider, of Killeen, TX
The family of Sergeant First Class John Moreno has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.
John was drafted into the military in 1972, and served his country faithfully and honorably as a Sergeant First Class in the US Army during the Vietnam and Gulf Wars. He stationed in numerous places around the world, including Korea, Alaska, Germany and lastly at Ft Hood where he retired in 1992. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
