The family of Petty Officer First Class Carroll Ray McAtee has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Following graduation, Carroll served with the U.S. Navy for twenty one years and retired in 1969 as a Petty Officer First Class. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
