LTC James Cooper, 88, US Army, Retired, Vietnam Veteran, OF Harker Heights, TX
The family of Lieutenant Colonel James Cooper has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
He received an appointment to the US Military Academy, West Point, NY, and graduated with the Class of 1955. He served twenty one years on active duty with assignments to several posts in the US and Panama, Germany, and Vietnam, earning a master’s degree along the way. He retired at Fort Hood in 1976.
