CW3 Donald Dowling, 69, US Navy/Army National Guard, Retired, Vietnam Veteran
The family of Chief Warrant Officer Third Class Donald Dowling has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Donald entered the US Navy in June 1970, and worked as a Radio Operator. He went to Vietnam during his time in the Navy, and joined the Army Reserves immediately after leaving the Navy. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
