SP5 Donald Slay Sr, US Army, Vietnam Veteran
The family of Specialist Fifth Class Donald Slay Sr has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.
Donald entered the United States Army on 29 October 1965. As an Armored Crewman, he obtained the rank of SP-5 (E-5) while in Vietnam for a year. He was awarded the following accommodations; National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal with Devise, Vietnam Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his service.
