SA James Edward Bridgford, US Navy, Vietnam Veteran, UNACCOMPANIED
The staffs of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery and Lake Shore Funeral Home have requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of this Unaccompanied Veteran.
Seaman Apprentice James Edward Bridgford served in the US Navy from December 15, 1966 to April 3, 1970. James received the National Defense Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal with one Bronze Star during his time in the service. James was born on April 15, 1949.

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the Veteran.
WX: A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 74.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Be prepared to volunteer as pallbearers, if asked by the Cemetery Director.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
