Lt Col Thomas George Wallace, 82, US Air Force, Retired, Vietnam Veteran, Bronze Star Recipient, of Georgetown, TX
The family of Lieutenant Colonel Thomas George Wallace has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Thomas entered into the Air Force in 1964 as a maintenance staff officer, and became Commander after fourteen years of service. He served in Vietnam, and he retired from the Air Force afer twenty one years of service. He earned several medals, including the Bronze Star, the Air Force Outstanding Unit Citation with five Oak Leaf Clovers with Valor, Vietnam Service Medal with five Oak Leaf Clovers, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Air Force Long Service Tour Ribbon. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 1300. Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
