RM1 Ernesto Hernandez, 72, US Coast Guard, Veteran, of Killeen, TX
The family of Radioman Ernesto Hernandez has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Ernesto entered the Coast Guard and the Transportation Department in Long Beach California. He spent almost seventeen years in the service, and changed his MOS into computer operations. He received a Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, three Good Conduct Awards, Coast Guard Sea Service Ribbon, and the Coast Guard Antarctic service medal. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: A slight chance of showers between noon and 1500, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1500. Cloudy, with a high near 69. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
