SPC Gerald Murran, 54, US Army, Gulf War Veteran, of Belton, TX
The family of Specialist Gerald Murran has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
During his military service from 1990 to 1993, Gerald served diligently, holding various roles including Cannon Crewmember and earning several accolades such as the Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars, Kuwait Liberation Medal- Saudi Arabia and Parachutists Badge. He found immense joy in his time in the service and embodied true American patriotism throughout his life. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. North northwest wind around 10 mph.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
