CONFIRMED PGR EVENT
TEXAS GATHERING OF THE GUARD
Dates: Fri-Sun, 26-28 Apr 13
It is that time again! Those of us who went last year were not disappointed and I'm sure other members heard what a wonderful time we had down at Koyote Ranch! The catered PGR dinners & breakfast were great and the Canteen had delicious, HUGE meals & snacks for sale, as well as beer & wine. The riding was SUPERB!
REGISTRATION
$35.00 Per Person, Covering the cost of two dinners, breakfast and the rental of the Party Barn for the weekend
There will be a gift at the door for those who prepaid their registration.
A 50/50 drawing will be conducted.

This year I have taken a leap of faith that we will have more members attend from CenTex and I have reserved FOUR Kamp Kabins for us. They will accommodate 4 people each. We will be staying in the cabins on the hill on the left after you pass the Canteen (See attached map). Same place as last year - Cabins 5, 6, 7, & 8. The bathrooms & showers are right behind the cabin. PLEASE let me know if you want a space so I have an idea whether to cancel or try to add more cabins! Spaces are going FAST. Descriptions and other lodging options can be found on the Koyote Ranch Website and on the accompanying flyers.
I have attached the 3-page State Flyer so everyone can read it. Please do & Please consider coming this year. We really did have a GREAT TIME and will again this year!

P.S. Now is the time to start looking around for items to bring to the auction. Dealers, venders and retail merchants are always willing to help a good cause, so please ask you friends at these locations. Remember, handcrafted items are always good auction items - get creative & make something for us to auction off. Oh, and bring money or your checkbook in case YOU find a treasure at the auction!
P.P.S. As the time draws near, I will put out staging information for our trip down there if you care to ride with us as a group.

Anyone wanting a space in the reserved CenTex Kabins, post here & email me your intentions. We can use this thread to coordinate "bunkies." The Kabins ate $85/night for two nights. The cost can be split among the occupants payable to me at the Gathering...
