The family of Sergeant First Class Kenneth Howard has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service of their Loved One.
Flagline Establishment: 1025 +/- Once the Funeral Service begins; we will strike the flagline and depart quietly.
WX: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 75. South southeast wind 10 to 15 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
